To fully take advantage of this feature, just turn the Auto-Resolve toggle to ON:
Here's how it works:
When a prospect replies to your email, Outbase auto-syncs and categorizes the response if you've enabled auto-resolve. It then moves the reply to the 'Resolved' tab, making it easy to track in your campaign metrics.
Within the 'Resolved' tab, you have the flexibility and complete control to review and modify the response type if you believe that a different response type would be more appropriate.
As an additional enhancement, we've given the Response Categorisation menu a fresh redesign. Instead of the conventional drop-down menu, we've introduced individual icons for each response type giving a better visibility of all resolution options available.
New Email Account Filter in the Prospects View
