Profile picture for email accounts
You can add a profile picture to your email accounts so that contacts will know who is emailing them when they open the message. This is a good practice because people like to know who is reaching out to them, so this makes the outreach campaign more personable.
Also, this will help you establish your brand and add a little bit of personality to your emails. Most individuals prefer speaking with real people as opposed to a faceless sender who only uses a standard icon in place of a picture.
This practice can help you get higher response rates and also help build the reputation of your domain, especially if it is a newly bought domain that you are using for your Outbase campaigns.
On your computer, open Gmail.
In the top right, tap your profile picture.
Tap Manage your Google Account.
On your Google Account page, tap "Personal info."
Under "Profile," tap your current profile picture.
Follow the on-screen prompts to choose or take a photo.
Tap Set Profile Photo.
At the top of the page, select your profile picture.
Select Edit profile.
Select Change picture.
Select Browse and choose the picture you want to use.
Drag or resize the image box and select Save.
In Outlook, click File to see your Account Information page.
Click the Change link under your current photo.
Depending on your setup, the next steps may vary slightly after you have clicked Change:
If youβre prompted to sign in to Microsoft 365, click the pencil icon after you sign in, then select Upload photo to choose a photo
