Having an unsubscribe link in your email is often part of the Signature for the specific email account. By including this when you are issuing your sends, you are giving the recipients option to unsubscribe if they don’t wish to be contacted again.
The unsubscribe link not only makes you compliant on the GDPR’s side of things, but it also improves your deliverability. Not having an unsubscribe link in your emails is one of the many things which can mark your email as Spam.
How to add an unsubscribe link to the Signature on Outbase?
Once you've finished with the email account settings, you can continue to add your Signature.
Within the signature set-up, we have a few compliance statements that you can choose from. You'll need to add your link to your privacy policy as well. The unsubscribe link will be automatically added on our end.
