Email Account & General Settings

Add your email account details and general settings.

To add the email account you will use to send and receive emails for your campaign:

1. From the navigation menu, select Email Accounts then open the Email Accounts Manager page. 2. Click Add email account in the top right corner and you will see the screen below:

3. On the right side of the page you will see the General Settings for this account, including who to assign the account to and the maximum emails per day and delay between sends. These default to our recommendation of max 500 per day with an average delay of 180 seconds between sends. 4. In the Email Account section, you will need to add the credentials of the email account you are using.
