New Feature

Revolutionize Your Audience Management with the new Edit Audience feature! ✨

We're thrilled to introduce you to the 'Edit Audience' feature! This functionality is designed to provide you with increased control and flexibility in managing your audiences. If you find that your campaign isn't yielding the desired results, you can quickly repurpose and refine your audience by adding, adjusting, or removing filters – all to align with your preferences.

There are two ways to edit your audience. The first option is through the Your Audiences page:

  1. Go to Your Audiences section

  2. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) next to your chosen campaign

The second option is accessible within your chosen audience:

  1. Click on the name of the audience you want to edit

  2. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) located in the top right corner

Once you've refined your audience filters and are satisfied with the changes, it's time to save your modifications. As the edited audience will be saved as a new one, upon saving, you can choose to assign it to a new campaign by selecting it from the drop-down list. If you opt out of assigning it to a new campaign, by saving it, the new audience will replace the existing one within the campaign. This means the audience previously assigned will be unassigned, making way for the new one.

Additionally, when saving the audience, you have the option to keep the audience name as it is or provide a new one. If you choose to retain the same name, the system will add (1)/(2)/(3) to the Original Audience Name, differentiating audiences with similar names.

However, you have the flexibility to alter the audience name whenever you wish with a simple click on the "Rename Audience" button next to the audience name on the Audience Details Page.

Improved Design

We're delighted to share a new design that encompasses our entire platform. Experience a comprehensive transformation, especially evident in:

Your Audiences Page! 💎

We've got an exciting update to add to the Edit Audience feature – introducing a fresh new look in the menu Audiences > Your Audiences. Now, when you navigate to this section, not only do you have the list of all your audiences, but on the right side of each audience entry, you'll find a quick overview of its targeting criteria, neatly categorized into Company and Contact information.

For Company targeting details, you'll access crucial aspects like Company size, Industry, and Location. On the Contact side, you'll gain insights into Job titles and Location. And there's more! Right below each audience's name, you'll also get a glimpse of the creator's name, the date of creation, and the audience type. Plus, within the Status column, you can effortlessly determine the audience's status – whether it's assigned or unassigned to a campaign.

All created audiences are saved in Your Audiences page, allowing you to easily add them to your campaigns at any point by clicking on the Status field and a new window will open from where you can choose the desired campaign to link it with from the dropdown list.

On this page, you also have the ability to Archive audiences from the additional options menu. This menu is easily accessible by clicking the three vertical dots:

We've jazzed up this section to make it easier for you to get a snapshot of your audiences' targeting specifics. It's all about helping you fine-tune your campaigns and audiences effortlessly!
