Prospect Activity Details

View an individual prospect details, including general information, and overview of the activity between your campaign and the prospect.

From a Prospect Activity Details page, you can see:

  • Prospect Activity Timeline: A detailed overview of touchpoints between the prospect and your campaign, including emails delivered, emails opened, links clicked, and responses.

  • Prospect Details: An overview of information about the prospect, including company details, prospect information, and social media links where applicable.

Prospect Activity Timeline

This shows a timeline from initial engagement with the prospect all the way down to the most recent activity between you, along with dates and times, to keep you in the know about what's been happening. Touchpoints include:

Email delivered (peach closed envelope icon) Shows initial and follow-up emails sent to the prospect. Event timeline cards show a preview of the emails, including the campaign the email is a part of, from/to details, subject line, and message preview. Click the email delivered button to see the message in full.

Opened (pink envelope icon) Shows date and time the email was opened by the prospect. Click the opened button to see the email that was opened in full.

Clicked (purple cursor icon) Shows date and time a link in the email was clicked by the prospect. Click the clicked button to see the email from which the link was clicked in full.

Automatic reply (grey chat icon) Shows where a prospect has responded with an automatic OOO message. An event timeline card will show a preview of the response and you can click to see the message in full.

Responded (blue chat icon) Shows where a prospect has responded to you. The event timeline card will show whether this response was a decline (in red), or a Positive, Referral, or Deferred Interest (leads in green), as well as a preview of the response. Click the responded button to see the message in full.

Prospect Details

To the right of the screen, you will see the prospect details, including where they are located, information about the company they work for, including, where known, revenue, and funding details. Where available there will also be social media links to external profiles such as LinkedIn for the prospect.

This general overview can be really useful when you are prepping for your pitch, giving you information about the prospect and their company, without needing to put in too much work on your side!
