Company Activity Details

View a company's details, including general information, prospects associated with the company, and details about the activity between your campaign(s) and these prospects.

From a Company Activity Details page, there are two separate tab views:

  • Activity Timeline Tab: A detailed overview of touchpoints between the company and your campaign(s), similar to the Prospect Activity Details page.

  • Prospects Tab: View the number of prospects at the company that have been added to your campaigns, as well as links to their Prospect Activity Details.

Activity Timeline Tab

This tab shows:

  • Company Activity Timeline: A detailed overview of touchpoints between the company and your campaign, including emails delivered, emails opened, links clicked, and responses.

  • Company Details: An overview of information about the company, including industry, size, revenue, and social media links where applicable.

Company Activity Timeline

This shows a timeline for all prospects engaged from the company, from initial engagement all the way down to the most recent activity between you, along with dates and times, to keep you in the know about what's been happening.

The company timeline may include information about prospects happening at a similar time. For example, it might show: 01/02/2022 09:00 - Prospect A emailed 02/02/2022 09:00 - Prospect B emailed 02/02/2022 09:05 - Prospect A opened 02/02/2022 09:10 - Prospect B opened 02/02/2022 09:15 - Prospect B clicked 03/02/2022 09:00- Prospect C emailed Which is appearing on the timeline in a linear way, but may jump between different prospects at the company.

Touchpoints the timeline will show includes:

Email delivered (peach closed envelope icon) Shows initial and follow-up emails sent to a prospect at the company. Event timeline cards show a preview of the email, including the campaign the email is a part of, from/to details, subject line, and message preview. Click the email delivered button to see the message in full.

Opened (pink envelope icon) Shows date and time the email was opened by a prospect at the company. Click the opened button to see the email that was opened in full.

Clicked (purple cursor icon) Shows date and time a link in the email was clicked by a prospect at the company. Click the clicked button to see the email from which the link was clicked in full.

Automatic reply (grey chat icon) Shows where a prospect at the company has responded with an automatic OOO message. An event timeline card will show a preview of the response and you can click to see the message in full.

Responded (blue chat icon) Shows where a prospect at the company has responded to you. The event timeline card will show whether this response was a decline (in red), or a Positive, Referral, or Deferred Interest (leads in green), as well as a preview of the response. Click the responded button to see the message in full.

Company Details

To the right of the screen, you will see the company details, including where they are located, industry, company size, and, revenue and funding details. Where available there will also be social media links to external profiles such as the company's LinkedIn page.

This general overview can be really useful when you are prepping for your pitch, giving you information about the company, without needing to put in too much work on your side!

Prospects Tab

This tab shows:

  • Prospects: A table showing the prospects from this company that have been added to your campaign(s), including their name, email address, and job title.

  • Company Details: An overview of information about the company, including industry, size, revenue, and social media links where applicable (as above).

Prospects

In the prospects table, you can see all the prospects from the company that have been added to your campaigns, with the following columns:

Full Name & Email Address: The prospect's full name and email address. Clicking either of these links will take you to the prospect's Prospect Activity Details page. Job title: The prospect's job title. Campaign Name: Shows which of your campaigns the prospect is included in. Current Status: This displays dots with colors that correspond to the touchpoints detailed above:

Yellow: Awaiting Engagement / Peach: Engaged / Pink: Opened / Purple: Clicked / Blue: Responded / Green: Responded as a Lead

Response Type: Shows if a prospect has responded as a decline, or as a lead (Positive response, Referral, or Deferred Interest). Chat: Clicking on the chat icon here will take you to the messages with this prospect in the Inbox. Excluded:
