Keeping all your sales documents in one place, so they are on hand whenever your team needs them can be tricky. Outbase makes it easy. In the Sales Resources view you can upload documents, images, and videos, all in one place, so they're never lost or forgotten, meaning your team spends less time searching for things and more time closing deals.

Use the Add document button in the top right, to add documents such as word documents, excel files, PDFs, etc. and in the pop-up, find the file from your computer, add tag(s) to define what the document relates to, and a short description if needed. Then click Save.

Adding tags to your documents makes searching for the right documents much easier, especially if you are going to upload a lot of resources. Under the document heading you can Filter by Tag, meaning your team could filter by Pitch, for example, to see just documents you have that relate to pitching to prospects.

Click the add button (plus icon) in images to add images your team needs access to. In the pop-up, find the file from your computer, give it a title, then click Save.

Click the add button (plus icon) in videos to add videos through an embedded video code. In the pop-up, copy and paste the embedded video code (this can be found for most videos hosted online from the share option), give it a title, then click Save.
